Rm40 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This page contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the rm40 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users who access or use the rm40 platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the rm40 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the rm40 platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. rm40 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and notice will be provided via the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
The rm40 platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one rm40 account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without further notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. rm40 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. Please contact the rm40 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their account comply with applicable local laws. The rm40 platform must not be used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering or any activity that contravenes Malaysian law.
- Sharing your account with any other individual is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated software, bots or any other unauthorised means to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or system errors is strictly prohibited.
- Interfering with or disrupting the operations of the rm40 platform in any way is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the rm40 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information submitted is accurate and valid. rm40 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from inaccurate payment details.
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including eWallets and online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated to users through the platform interface. rm40 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or decline any transaction suspected of involving fraud or unlawful activity.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to an identity verification process that may be required before any transfer is approved. Users must ensure that the name on the bank account or eWallet used for withdrawals matches the name registered on their rm40 account. rm40 will not process withdrawals to third parties or accounts held in another person's name.
In certain circumstances, rm40 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is complete.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Rm40 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is reasonable grounds to believe that the user has breached any of the terms set out in this document. Grounds that may result in such action include, but are not limited to:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with rm40.
- Attempting to cheat or manipulate the bonus, wagering or payment systems.
- Registering multiple accounts under the same individual.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Conduct that is harmful to or disruptive of the platform's operations or other users.
- Failure to complete identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to request account reinstatement or any form of compensation. Any balance remaining in an account closed on grounds of fraud may be forfeited by rm40. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team to initiate the process.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Rm40 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service interruptions, technical errors or any circumstances beyond rm40's control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding the continued availability or accuracy of its services.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials on the rm40 platform are the property of rm40 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from rm40.
Third-Party Links
The rm40 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. rm40 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third party before engaging with their services.
Amendments & Governing Law
Rm40 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the rm40 platform should first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties.
